Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience
• Current BLS certification
• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential
• Ability to follow patient safety, infection control, and documentation standards
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
• Experience working in a fast-paced hospital, acute care, or patient care environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide routine patient care and support under the supervision of a registered nurse
• Assist with bedside care, patient comfort, mobility support, and daily care tasks
• Support accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Help maintain a safe healthcare environment by following patient and employee safety practices
• Assist with menu management, diet-related updates, and patient meal selections as needed
• Prepare, deliver, and retrieve patient menus and related materials in accordance with prescribed diets
• Communicate patient care and food service concerns appropriately with the care team
• Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as faxing, filing, answering phones, and photocopying
• Assist with trayline, food service, or catering support when needed
• Follow HIPAA and Joint Commission guidelines at all times
