Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts medical license required
• Board certification required
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient, hospital medicine, or similar clinical experience preferred
• DEA and CSR required
• Strong comfort managing a broad range of inpatient medicine cases
• Ability to work collaboratively with advanced practice providers (APPs) and support staff

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient hospital medicine coverage in a fast-paced acute care environment
• Manage a daily patient load in both day shift and night shift coverage settings
• Evaluate, diagnose, and treat admitted patients throughout the hospital stay
• Collaborate with APPs, nurses, and support staff to promote efficient patient flow
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in Epic
• Deliver high-quality, team-based hospitalist care across multiple inpatient locations as needed
• Respond to admissions and provide consistent clinical oversight during assigned shifts
