Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of Physical Therapist experience required
• Active Alaska Physical Therapist license or compact PT license in hand at submission
• BLS certification required
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Comfort working scheduled weekend shifts
• Ability to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced rehab setting

Responsibilities

• Perform thorough evaluations and reassessments for inpatient rehab patients
• Create and update individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and needs
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, safety, and recovery strategies
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in the Epic charting system
• Support a patient-centered rehabilitation experience focused on progress and quality of life
