Job Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
• Active Physical Therapist license in the state where services will be performed
• CPR certification
• At least 1 year of outpatient clinical experience
• Strong clinical reasoning, communication, and documentation skills
• Ability to maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and compliance with applicable practice standards

Responsibilities

• Evaluate assigned patients and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician direction
• Implement and modify therapy interventions to support functional progress and safe return to community activities
• Provide timely, accurate documentation, including evaluations, progress notes, goal writing, and charge entry
• Ensure care is delivered under valid physician orders and within approved treatment guidelines
• Educate patients, families, students, and coworkers to support optimal outcomes
• Support student learning experiences when assigned, including supervision and feedback
• Participate in professional development, quality improvement, and safety-focused practices
• Follow all clinical, regulatory, and ethical standards while promoting a safe care environment
