Job Requirements

• Current New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and teamwork skills
• Familiarity with Meditech EMR preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit
• Monitor telemetry patients and respond appropriately to changes in condition
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to support quality outcomes
• Document patient care accurately and maintain a high standard of clinical practice
• Maintain professionalism and follow workplace safety and dress code expectations
