Job Details

• Position Type: Travel assignment
• Specialty Focus: CT / Rad Tech in a cardiac invasive environment
• Location: Baltimore, Maryland 21201
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,740 - $2,950
• Contract Length: 16 weeks
• Shift: 4x10 hour days, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Shift Duration: 10 hour days
• Schedule Notes: Every third weekend required; one day of call per week and one weekend per month
• Start Date: 10/12/2026
• Hours Per Week: 40

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Cath Lab, cardiovascular imaging, or similar high-acuity acute care setting
• Experience in a community hospital or comparable acute care environment preferred
• Current ACLS and BLS certifications required
• RCIS, ARRT, or RTR required
• Must be comfortable with travel assignments and floating within scope as needed
• Strong knowledge of invasive cardiac procedures, patient monitoring, and sterile technique
• Ability to support a busy procedural department with a daily census of approximately 15 patients

Responsibilities

• Assist with advanced diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
• Support right and left heart catheterizations, PCI, and other complex invasive procedures
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Maintain a sterile field and provide room circulation support during cases
• Operate and assist with specialized equipment used in cardiac intervention and structural heart procedures
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and the procedural care team to ensure safe, efficient patient care
• Provide high-quality support for adult and geriatric patients in a fast-moving procedural setting
