You’ll provide specialized bedside nursing care to patients who require close monitoring, timely interventions, and excellent clinical judgment.

Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a PCU, stepdown, DOU, or IMC nursing setting
- Current RN license in hand at the time of submission
- ACLS and BLS certification required
- Experience interpreting dysrhythmias and managing telemetry monitoring
- Skilled in IV starts and maintenance, peripheral line care, oxygen administration, and nasal cannula support
- Comfortable following isolation precautions and PPE protocols
- Ability to respond effectively with rapid response and code teams
- Graduation from an ACEN- or CCNE-accredited nursing program preferred
- Must be prepared for timely credentialing and pre-start compliance requirements
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients requiring progressive and intermediate-level monitoring
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with attention to changes in cardiac and respiratory status
- Support telemetry monitoring and accurately interpret rhythm changes
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members to carry out patient care plans
- Administer treatments and perform nursing interventions within PCU scope of practice
- Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient patient care environment
- Float to other units within the organization as needed based on patient care needs
- Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care while maintaining strong attention to detail and clinical priorities
