• Start Date: November 2, 2026
• Weekly Hours: 40 hours per week
• Shift: 8-hour evenings
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with occasional scheduled holidays
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,080 - $1,160
• Orientation: 40 hours
• Work Environment: Hospital-based sterile processing, with possible floating between locations

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of sterile processing experience
• CBSPD or CRCST/HSPA certification required
• Prior travel experience required
• Experience with hospital OR sterile processing workflows
• Strong knowledge of decontamination, sterilization, and high-level disinfection
• Hands-on experience with scopes, drills, DaVinci instruments, and case carts
• Experience with Censitrac tracking system required
• Medivator experience required
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, detail-oriented healthcare environment
• Ability to support evening coverage and occasional holiday shifts

Responsibilities

• Decontaminate surgical instruments, scopes, and specialized equipment according to established infection prevention protocols
• Perform sterilization using steam and Sterrad processes
• Carry out high-level disinfection and scope reprocessing procedures
• Assemble, organize, label, and wrap trays and sets for safe patient care use
• Track instruments and equipment using Censitrac and maintain accurate documentation
• Move case carts, prepare items for next-day cases, and support operating room supply needs
• Serve as a liaison between the operating room and sterile processing workflow
• Maintain sterile storage standards and ensure equipment is ready for immediate use
• Support standardized instrument tray preparation and allocation across multiple sites as needed
• Help ensure every instrument and supply is delivered aseptically and safely to the point of use
