Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in North Carolina or compact licensure eligibility
• At least 1 year of Operating Room nursing experience required
• Travel nursing experience preferred
• Current BLS certification required
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Ability to work scheduled day shifts and participate in call coverage
• Strong clinical judgment, teamwork, communication, and patient care skills

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care in the Operating Room
• Prepare patients, surgical equipment, and procedure areas for daily cases
• Assist the surgical team throughout intraoperative patient care
• Monitor patients closely and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established clinical protocols
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and fellow nursing staff
• Support call coverage as scheduled to help meet patient care needs
