• Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,020 - $2,130
• Electronic Medical Record: Epic experience required
• Dress Code: Navy blue scrubs required

Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of experience in Med/Surg Tele, telemetry, or a similar acute care nursing setting
• Experience in a large academic hospital preferred; 2 years of experience may waive competency testing
• Epic experience required
• Ability to complete a competency test within 24 hours of submission, if applicable
• Strong communication, teamwork, and patient care skills
• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Tele patients
• Monitor telemetry, assess patient conditions, and promptly report changes
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to clinical standards and provider orders
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately in Epic
• Maintain a professional presence and contribute to a positive patient experience
• Adapt quickly to unit needs while delivering dependable, compassionate care
