Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
• Experience caring for adult medical-surgical patients with telemetry monitoring
• Strong assessment, prioritization, critical thinking, and communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a team-based, fast-paced acute care environment
• Willingness to work 12-hour day shifts and support weekend/holiday coverage as scheduled

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, high-quality nursing care to Med/Surg Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, complete assessments, and document care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare team members on patient plans of care
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient education to promote positive outcomes
• Maintain a calm, organized approach while managing multiple patient needs
