Lead Coder on Education Team. Ongoing Role: Contract (Any State)

Lead Coder to assist with Education Team. Auditing Experience a must. Total auditing/Coding 10 + years' experience preferred. Teaching/Trauma level 1. Wants more of strong experienced coder vs Auditor.
Key Responsibilities:

• Answering coding questions. Willing to coach and communicate well. Okay with giving some education. 
• Queries  
• Reconciliation with CDI 
• Willing to production code 10% of time. 

Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong coding expertise is the top priority—auditor and CDI backgrounds are acceptable only if coding is the primary strength.
• Needs to be excellent with Excel (must)
• Excellent written communication skills to ensure clear and effective documentation.
• Experience with Epic and 3M CAC is preferred.
• Experience with Power BI is a huge plus.
