• Shift: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:30 AM)

• Estimated Weekly Pay: $1,940 - $2,040
• Patient Ratio: 1:4
• Weekend Coverage: Required
• Float: Required within the organization as needed
• Patient Population: Adolescents and adults

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Registered Nurse (RN) experience required
• Valid compact or state RN license in hand at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS required
• ACEN or CCNE accredited nursing education required
• Experience in medical-surgical, telemetry, or Progressive Care Unit settings strongly preferred
• Ability to work night shift and provide safe, high-quality care in a mixed-acuity environment
• Two professional references required, including at least one manager, director, or other formal leader
• Ability to complete credentialing and fingerprinting requirements promptly

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to orthopedic, neuro, and mixed-acuity patients
• Monitor telemetry and manage progressive care patients with changing clinical needs
• Support common PCU interventions, including arterial line management, IV therapy, wound care, and drain care
• Administer medications and therapies safely while maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver coordinated care and support positive outcomes
• Respond quickly to patient changes and escalate concerns appropriately
• Float to other units within the organization as needed
• Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a strong commitment to patient safety
