Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent nursing experience preferred, ideally in an Emergency Department, ER, or high-acuity acute care setting
• Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced emergency medicine environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing patient needs and maintain a calm, professional approach under pressure

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate, and timely patient care in the Emergency Department
• Perform thorough assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Support physicians and the care team with emergency interventions and treatment plans
• Document patient care accurately and maintain high standards of clinical practice
• Prioritize multiple patients and maintain workflow efficiency during busy ER shifts
• Deliver a positive patient experience while upholding quality and safety standards
