• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,470–$2,600

Medical-Surgical Telemetry RN Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license eligible for practice in Massachusetts
• At least 2 years of Medical-Surgical Telemetry nursing experience
• Strong telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation skills
• EPIC experience required
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Ability to work rotating day and night shifts in a nursing float pool environment
• Adaptability and confidence caring for patients across multiple inpatient units

Travel Nurse Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate nursing care to Medical-Surgical and Telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms, recognize changes in patient condition, and escalate concerns appropriately
• Complete comprehensive assessments, administer medications, and implement individualized plans of care
• Float to multiple hospital units as needed while maintaining high standards of clinical practice
• Document patient care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing colleagues, and interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, medications, and ongoing care needs
