Program Rules

• The referral must be submitted before GHR Locums or United Anesthesia begins communicating with the provider.

• The provider cannot have worked for GHR or UA or had active recruiter communication during the previous 12 months.

• The referring person must provide the provider's name, specialty, phone number and email address.

• The standard bonus is earned after the referred provider completes 160 billable hours or 30 working days.

• The provider must remain in good standing throughout the qualification period.

• Only the first documented referral is eligible when multiple people refer the same provider.

• Extensions and additional assignments do not generate another referral bonus.

• Bonuses are taxable and paid during the next normal payment cycle after the qualification requirement is verified.

• Priority opening bonuses must be announced in writing for a specific specialty, client or assignment.

• Any bonus above the standard amount requires leadership approval before it is promoted.

• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

  • $1,000

• Primary Care or Hospitalist

  • $1,500

• Emergency Medicine or Psychiatry

  • $2,000

• CRNA

  • $1,500

• Anesthesiologist

  • $2,500

• Medical subspecialists

  • $2,500

• Radiology, OB GYN or surgical specialties

  • $3,000
